SAP Trainers
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Experience in handling SAP system is a must
• Able to travel overseas
Job Descriptions:
• Receive training in specific Shimano SAP design and functionality
• Work with the Core Leads to develop the Training Materials for Power Users and End Users
• Work with the Change/TrainingTeam to prepare the assessment and evaluation criteria
• Responsible for ensuring that training materials and exercises are ready for the startof the training dates
• Cover training at both sites in scope for Phase I (Shimno Singapore.Shimano Batam)
• Ensure that required data is available in the SAP training environment (working against the data lead)
• Incorporate FRICE into different phases of the training (as per development schedule)
• Feedback to the Core Leads / Project Management Team in the power users /end users assessment as a channel of communication
• Recommend remedial classes or counter actions for any particular group of end users.
• Be responsible for disseminating design and functionality updates from Core Team to the Power /End Users
