2. To provide continual stimulation to keep the production personnel motivated to take up the challenge
3. To develop a competent workforce efficient production system to achieve the target
4. To account for all materials issued for production and ensure the proper handling and care of production assets
5. To have a feasible production communication network and timely monitoring of output and quality
6. To co-ordinate and maintain efficient communication with the material controll, Engineering, Quality and Personnel for purpose of ensuering effeciency of his production operations
