Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Development of consumer pruduct for the global market from comceptualisation until mass production
- Responsible for the creation, feasibility study, planning, realisation and coodination of the mech know-how roadmap
- Monitor and apply the latest technology development in mechanical design
- Initiate projects to underpin the roadmap and ensure convincing demanstrators
- Required to upgrade the skill and comppetencies of the lab by coaching and conducting technical training
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechantronic/Electrical
- Having min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience on customer product lofe cycle is valuable
- Experience and understand design for manufacture issues
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical architecture/design, high volume plastic mould and moulding metal forming and stamping, lighting design will be an advantage
- Understanding of end user insight and good knowledge and resourceful on supply base
- Creative and innovative with a passion for design
