Planner

Position Summary:
The Planner is responsible for executing materials and production planning activities to meet customers’ shipment schedules as specified in customer’s PO or contract manufacturing agreement and in compliance with appropriate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 Standards. She is responsible for materials planning, production planning, inventory control and shipment scheduling. He / she will be the focal point for updating customer shipment delivery.

Position Accountability:
- Analyze material requirement and initiate purchase requirement
- Perform capacity planning and production scheduling
- Manage and prioritize customers orders
- Liaise with customers on build plan and shipment schedule
- Coordinate new product ramp plan
- Provide factory wide shipment-to-plan & inventory reporting
- Coordinate factory inventory audit
- Perform MPS planning
- Execute ERP planning tools
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance of operating procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 requirement
- Provide training and development for planner assistants

Requirement:
- Male / female
- Minimum graduated from SMK / D3
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the same field
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Hard working and able to work under stress
- Computer and English proficiency
