Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from recognized institution
- 5 years quality experience in contract manufacturing services industry
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 standards
- Hands on experience in quality tools application
- Able to communicate in Malay
- Position based in Batam, Indonesia
Job Specification:
- Develop customer specific quality plan
- Manage customer quality requirement and coordinate the implementation
- Establishment of product quality standard with customers
- Conduct product failure analysis and implement root cause solutions
- Supplier quality management and audit
- Establishment of operations standard and process control plan
- Conduct reliability and aging testing as specified by customers
- Quality data records and maintenance
- Customer quality escalation and resolution
- Internal and External Corrective Action Reports
- Improve quality system
