An International Shipyard seeks a candidate for:
Accounts Assistants - Payable & Costing
Accounts Payable main job scope:
Processing of vendors invoices preparing payments keying in of suppliers invoices and payment into the accounting system, reconciling of suppliers statement of accounts and other ad-hoc duties
Accounts Costing main job scope:
Cost capturing, cost analysis, preparing costing reports data entry in accounting system and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• A diploma or degree in Accounting
• At least 2 years of working experience in Costing & Accounts Payables.
• Proactive, meticulous and analytical. Able to communicate effectively in English
• Experience in ERP system will be advantageous
