We are an established Japanese Manufacturing Company specializing in precision plastic molding. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to apply for the following position:
Asst Production Manager - Based in Batam
Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve production a target
- Ensure quality outputs and meet delivery schedule
- Perform first level troubleshoot of product quality
- Work with process engineer in reducing scrap and cycle time reduction as well as attain line efficiency
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma any field.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in production controller related field.
- Preferably senior executives specializing in Production Operations or equivalent.
- Min with 5 years in supervisory experience
- Salary in SGP dollars based on qualification and work experience
- 5 days work station in Batam
- Able to commence work within short notice
