We are an established Japanese Manufacturing Company specializing in precision plastic molding. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to apply for the following position:
Process Engineer - Based in Batam
Requirements:
- Ensure process are smooth and maintain highly yield
- Support production in Training during new Product Transfer or New Product Introduction to ensure Product Quality level is not compromised
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Study and make recommendation to production to improve yield, cycle time and capability
- Monitor new product testing progress
- Perform process failure analysis
- Provide support to Operators in achieving the right Quality for Product
- Assist the Factory Manager in Continous Improvement Activities and project to improve efficiency and / or cost
- Provide necessary action to support the Production to be in compliance on Quality requirement
- To raise the overall awareness of quality in the production area
- Study and work out Corrective action and Preventive action to counter customer complaint
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
