We are an established Japanese Manufacturing Company specializing in precision plastic molding. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to apply for the following position:
Tooling Supervisor - Based in Batam
Responsibilities:
- To lead and supervise a team of tool room staff, to plan and organize tool improvements and modifications activities
- Ensure timely and accurate tooling supports to production
- Prepare project costing, tool design proposals and scheduling
- Monitor and prepare tooling approval status report
- Liaise with sub-con on tooling repair and modification costing and scheduling
- Responsible for new tool fabrication and production tool maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in tool & die design
- Preferably in Plastic Injection tooling experience
- Candidate must be a hands-on and highly Independent self-motivated individual
- Proficient in GD&T
