A multinational, high technology company operated world-wide countries offers a challenge for experienced professionals insemiconductor technology for this position:
Test Engineer (TE) & Senior Test Engineer (STE)
Responsibilities:
- Improve yield at testing process, by establishing solid Failure Analysis on both product/process related issue
- Drive continuous improvement in respective testing work-cell towards lean process to improve productivity, cost saving and efficiency in manufacturing
- Deeply involved in Test Equipment Development and methodology for customized product and new product introduction
- Establish technical report and prepare presentations for regular management review
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Electrical / Electronics Engineering from recognized university,
- Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor industry, familiar with high volume manufacturing environment
- Good analytical skill and systematic problem solving for digital/analog circuits
- Experienced/certified in Six-sigma Methodology and Lean manufacturing is preferable
- Independent, self-motivated, high energy and fast response
- Effective communication skills in English both oral and written.
