Associate Analyst – EHS
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the EHS program at FS Batam.
- Maintain program compliance to local regulations as well as those imposed by various health and safety organizations, Eaton Aerospace and FS Batam.
- Maintain required records, documents, permits and forms that provide evidence of compliance to the required Indonesian regulations, Eaton and FS Batam requirements.
- Conduct safety audits, investigations and training.
- Provide leadership in EHS related matters to management and staff at FS Batam.
Requirements:
- Command of written and spoken English or currently studying English at an intermediate level.
- Highly conversant in PC and Microsoft Office application software.
- Highly organized and have keen attention for detail.
- Have a basic understanding of Indonesian safety regulations and reporting requirements.
- Should be a team player who is comfortable working individually as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision and be a self-motivated individual.
- Displays initiative and a willingness to learn new disciplines and accept responsibilities.
- A healthy and mature individual.
- Fresh graduate from reputable universities is also encouraged
