We serve global OEM customers in USA, Europe and Asia, offering design and manufacturing services for the telecommunications, office automation, industrial, automotive and medical sectors. As part of our aggressive expansion plan, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in the following areas:
Production Manager (Based in Batam)
Responsibilities:
- Manage backend production & commit to shipment.
- Plan production & to project manpower requirement.
- Control production processes & ensure quality requirements are met for all shipments.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering.
- Min. 3 years’ of relevant experience in an EMS environment.
- Working experience in running modular production/handling high mix low volume production.
- Working experience in PCBA and box build assembly or SMT.
- Fluent in English & ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willing to be stationed in Indonesia, Batam. Accommodation is provided in Batam.
