- Graduate min. D III/ S1
- Able to communicate English / Mandarin
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel & Ms.Word)
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing industry as production supervisor/ QC Supervisor (preferable in plastic/ hot plate welding process)
- Ability improve the process and productivity
- Able to report the corrective an preventive action report when ever required
- Able to control and organize the down line when ever improvement system are implemented
- Able to analysis the production problems encountered and take necessary action
- Document and maintain the production records and reports as per ISO requirement
- Independent in handling the activities of the department interns of production monitoring row material stock control, power planning for production, etc
