Human Resources Manager
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsibility:
Manage recruiting and resource issues; contribute to learning and development strategy; manage continuous improvement of performance management issues; and assist with Corporate and ad hoc projects
Qualifications and skills required:
- Professionally qualified in HR Field with practical experience at management level
- Detailed knowledge of employment law
- Ability to contribute to overall development of the Company at a strategic level
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel within Indonesia and internationally
