Tooling Supervisor (Based in Batam)
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead and supervise a team of tool room staffs, to plan and organize tool improvements & modification activities
- Ensure timely and accurate tooling supports to production
- Prepare project costing, tool design proposals and scheduling
- Monitor and prepare tooling approval status report
- Liaise with sub-con on tooling repair and modification costing and scheduling
- Responsible for new tool fabrication and production tool maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in tool & die design
- Preferably in Plastic Injection tooling experience
- Candidate must be a hands-on and highly independent self – motivated individual
- Proficient in GD&T
