JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY AS A PROJECT MANAGER: 2004 to 2008

• To oversee that all activities in the project execution from award to delivery shall be maintained and control through
the use of documented quality general and detail procedures.
• To coordinated the interfacing with CLIENT SITE.
• To ensure all activities shall be planned and controlled by the Project Management Team in conjunction with CLIENT”S
site team to ensure compliance to quality plan, contract plan , contract requirement and project schedule.
• In- house progress meetings shall be conducted with the CLIENT to address site problems, client request, schedule,
non- conformances on project, HSE requirement and to initiate the appropriate corrective actions required.
• To ensure the fabrication shall be carried out sequentially as per fabrication sequence prepared for the Project with
Consent by CLIENT and within the time frame allocated in the Project schedule.
• Optimization of manpower and facilities

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE AND SENOIR SUPERVISOR 2004 TO1991

• Familiarize and fully understand all the technical specification , codes and standards required .
• Check every disciplines shop drawings as prepared by their respective designer.
• Ensure design integrity and construction quality in accordance to specification and good engineering practice.
• Based overall schedule, prepare detailed schedule of Coating’s discipline.
• Prepared the coatings scope of work, fabrication sequence, technical requirement, work schedule and necessary list of drawings for the subcontract works.
• Based on planned schedule, monitor the manpower requirement and equipment fir the project.
• Accepting or rejecting the materials purchase if it is not complying with specification.
• Liaise closely with QA/QC Engineer and QC personnel to ensure that all executed works have been inspected to project requirement.
• Ensure all subordinates shall strictly comply with Safety Rules and Regulation and the works are executed in a safe and proper manner.
• Prepare preliminary charge proposal and submit to the project manager prior for official submission.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the fabrication site and its office.
• Co-ordinate with purchasing coordinator on the delivery of materials
• Prepare all working procedure for the project execution.
• Prepare JSA / Conduct the PERMIT TO WORK
• Co-ordinate with scaffolding that required for Blasting and Coating Works.
• Ensure that daily toolbox been carried out.
