Now in Batam, we are urgently looking for:
Assistant Manager Information Technology (IT)
The Job:
- Hands on experiences in systems, network/voice, database and infrastructure in data center environment, some kind of monitoring tools and understand the concepts and process
- Knowledge of helpdesk and remedy process and tools, and understand IT security
- Manage and administer the documentation, form, procedure and policy
- Self-starter and able to evaluate new technologies and solutions
- Strong communication (English) and analitical skills
Requirements :
- A recognized Degree of IT Engineering
- Manufacturing industry (MNC) background is a large plus
- 4+ years of operations experience preferably in the role of operations and service delivery manager
- Experience in leading a team with at least 4 person
- Experience in project management and rollout
