Senior Process Engineer

The job:

• Coordinate End of Line improvement activities.
• Manage a group of engineers from molding to plating process
• Contribute ideas to enhance process robustness and consistency
• Working with maintenance and production group on equipment improvement.
• Ensure full compliance of all procedures

Requirements:

• Male
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry.
• Computer literates & English proficiency is a must.
