The successful candidate will report directly to the FB Operational Manager.
The candidates should have:
- Minimum 2 years experience as FB Manager or Asst. FB Manager
- Excellent Oral and Written English
- Computer Literacy for Office and Internet applications under Windows environment
- Minimum Diploma 3 from Hotel Academy specialized in Food Beverage Management
- Excellent knowledge on Cost control, and overall FB operation.
- Pleasant personality, organized and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and good team work.
