CHIEF ENGINEER (CE)
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years experience in managerial position in Maintenance and Engineering
- Strong and Good Excellent Leadership, strict in the overall quality control of the property and repair and maintenance, costs saving programs and its implementation
General Requirements:
- Ranking file staff age between 21 and 26 years, Supervisory Level age between 26 and 32 years old and Managerial Level between 26 and 40 years old.
- Good Team player with a Good Team Spirit
- Good Leadership Example and willing to continuously develop the Human resources
- Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
- Good Conversational English for ranking file and Advance English for all Supervisory and Management level
- Computer literate
