Process Engineer (PE)

Jobs & responsibilities:

• Monitor process performance indices and establish good control to maintain process performance
• Troubleshoot critical out-of-control situations on existing process and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation
• Improve qualified process using technical knowledge and quality improvement tool achieved higher yield and better quality
• Work with cross functional team to resolve development &for product issues
• Ensure productivity improvement through process changes,
• Work with equipment engineer to maximize productivity of the equipment
• Start up new equipment process which involve process characterization and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Applied Physics
• Minimum 2 year’s of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing is required with hands-on experience on semiconductor assembly from saw, die attached to wire bond
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
• Good analytical skill inclusive knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean
