Technicians

Jobs & responsibilities:

• Daily support production, to maintain equipment / machine in peak performance
• Perform set-up / conversion base on requirement and monitor the performance during mass production
• Trouble shooting / repair on equipment failure include the root cause analysis to set the corrective action / preventive action to prevent re-occurrence
• Perform the regularly preventive maintenance by follow the schedule
• Involve in continuous improvement to improve the equipment performance
• Generate the daily shift report

Requirements:

• Min D3 from Electrical / Mechanical engineering
• Strong analytical skill, trouble shooting and hard working
• Self starter
• Able to work in rotating shift
• At least 2 years working in manufacturing field (semiconductor or electronic component)
• Have an experience in Die attach / wire bonder machine will be an advantage
• Understood PLC program
• Six-Sigma trained or certified will be preferred
• English active both oral and written is a must
• Computer software operation literacy
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
