Regional HRD & GA Coordinator / Supervisor (HRD & GA)
(Bali, Surabaya, Batam, Bintan)
Responsibilities:
To manage, plan, monitor & develop HRD & GA operational to support all of company activities and enhance organization’s performance.
Requirements:
- Male max. age 38 years old with diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, psychology or management
- Possess min. 3 years experience in similar position at garment / retail company
- Excellent in HR function (compensation & benefits, personnel, recruitment, training, industrial relation, system & organization development, etc)
- Experience in manpower regulations (including PKWT, PKWTT, Outsourcing, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) and strong knowledge of GA jobs (building management, security, driver, cleaning service, legal, etc)
- Willing to travel and to be placed at Bali, Surabaya, Batam or Bintan also willing to work overtime
- Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adoptnew practices
- Strong leadership, coordination, analytical thinking and good communication both written and verbal, able to work independently as well as in teams, problem solving oriented also interpersonal skill.
