Process Engineer
Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Monitor process performance indices and establish good control to maintain process performance
- Troubleshoot critical out-of-control situations on existing process and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation
- Improve qualified process using technical knowledge and quality improvement tool achieved higher yield and better quality
- Work with cross functional team to resolve development &/or product issues
- Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, training and documentation
- Work with equipment engineer to maximize productivity of the equipment
- Start up new equipment process which involve process characterization and development
- Maintain wire bond process yield and reliability
- Improve yield and reliability
- Improve productivity
- Support new product introduction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Applied Physics
- Experience in semiconductor wire bond process for at least 1 year.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
- Good analytical skill inclusive knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean
