PROCESS ENGINEER (PE) (Lighting/Sensor)

Jobs & Responsibilities:

• Sustain and improve manufacturing yield.
• Improve the process capability
• NPI (New Product Introductions) support.
• To optimize the process in order to get the best method and parameters as well as to define the SOP To conduct daily failure analysis, come out with problem solving and problem prevention

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Physic Science, GPA>2.8
• At least 2-years experience at the same position in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge and skills in simple design of tooling.
• Good knowledge and skills in Statistical tools for Industry.
• Experience in semiconductor will be an advantage for process engineer position specific for sensor manufacturing.
• Six-Sigma trained or certified will be preferred.
• English active both oral and written is a must.
• Computer software operation literacy
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Jobs & Responsibilities: Build prototype devices/sample according to sample spec Conduct 1st gate analysis for any abnormalities on the sample/evaluation and follow up with corrective action. Liaise with COE/AE any issue related to the sample (i.e. sealing tray, material selection, propose solution etc). Involve on the COE & AE evaluation, yield improvement, the material/tooling qualification before RTP. Establish sealing process parameter for sample/evaluation Requirements: Diploma 3/Polytechnic graduate in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing field with same position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply Familiar with improvement tools & statistical tools - SPC, FMEA - for process control and continuous improvement. Familiar with mechanical drawing & AutoCAD software, turbo vacuum system, induction heating process, clean room process, reflow (furnace) process, pressing machine Effective communication skills in English both oral & written.
