PT. Tectron Manufacturing, A Contract Manufacturer located in Batam, seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join us as:

Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer

  • Degree in Electrical / Industrial / Electrical engineering
  • Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks and thus to drive the efficient utilization of manpower, equipment and machines to maximize organizational output.
  • Having 2-3 years experience in assembly of electronic, manufacturing shop floor system, failure analysis
  • Familiar with NPI, ECN and implementation
  • Must able to work individually as well as in the team
  • English is a must
