Engineering Chief (EC) / Staff (Automotive Mechanical) (MT) & Electrical Technician (ET)
(Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Batam, Bintan)
Responsibilities:
To manage, plan, monitor & develop engineering operations, especially in mechanical and electrical matters, responsible for mechanical jobs (MT) also utility, electrical jobs (ET) to support all of company activities or projects and enhance organization’s performance.
Requirements:
- Male max. 40 years old hold bachelor / diploma degree majoring in engineering field (electrical, mechanical or utility is preferably)
- Possess min. 4 years experience (Chief) and min. 2 years experience (Staff) in similar position at building contractor, developer, carpool workshop or hospitality (hotel) company (preferably)
- Willing to traveling and to be placed on site / branch offices around Indonesia also able to work with deadlines or work overtime
- Good experience in automotive mechanical (vehichles), utility & electrical jobs also manage building maintenance & project operational (EC)
- Excellent automotive mechanical, spare parts, car service & repair (MT), also electrical installation, panel, genset, chiller, Freezer, AC, fax, PABX, telephone, electrical equipment, plumbing, fontain, etc (ET)
- Willing to travel and to be placed in Bali, Surabaya, Batam or Bintan also willing to work in shifts and overtime
- Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices
- Strong leadership, coordination, analytical skills and good communication both written and verbal, able to work independently as well as in teams, problem solving oriented also interpersonal skill.
