Job Responsibilities:
To support the Customer Service Walk In Center team members.
Job Requirements:
- S1 Graduate from any discipline with 3 years exp. as Customer Services (Walk In Center)
- Service Orientation, pleasant manner and have soul of team work
- Sound knowledge of Customer Service Operational and Training Development
- Good written and Spoken English
- Good presentation and Facilitation Skills
- Has a conceptual and analytical thinking
- Understanding and able to develop people/SME for Training Development time to time to support all CS
- Good in reporting management
- Willing to travel a lot and ready to be place in one of NTS CIC/Branch in Sumatera Area (Medan, Batam, Riau, Palembang)
