CSC Representative (Call Center)
Jakarta – Bandung - Surabaya - Semarang - Jogya - Denpasar - Batam
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, complaints, claims, order supplies, service guarantees, price quotation, service information, export shipments exception, import shipment charges and other enquiries in professional manner
- Updating the pick up arrangement, UPS supply request and tracking follow up.
- Identifying and record complaints on service issues
- Recommending solutions to service concerns to management
- And any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 graduate from any discipline
- Computer literate and good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to type at minimum 30 wpm
- Has pleasant personality as well as telephone etiquette
- Able to work independently as well as in team work
- Having 1 – 2 years related experience is preferable
