Engineering / Maintenance Manager

Qualification, Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering and repair and maintenance of plant machinery at least 10 years in similar position
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, EMS ISO 14001 requirement and 5S implementation
• Convey company mission, business plan and strategic goals
• Demonstrate knowledge of company products and what they do
• Familiar with the safety rules and regulations to meet OSHA requirements
• Training of subordinates in analysis and job competency
• To plan, organize and direct maintenance, repairs and minor installation and replacement of mechanical, electrical and civil works to ensure smooth running of operation
• Recommend major mechanical and electrical repairs and equipment replacement to ensure optimum utilization of machinery
