Tooling Supervisor (Based in Batam)

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and supervise a team of tool room staffs, to plan and organize tool improvements & modification activities
• Ensure timely and accurate tooling supports to production
• Prepare project costing, tool design proposals and scheduling
• Monitor and prepare tooling approval status report
• Liaise with sub-con on tooling repair and modification costing and scheduling
• Responsible for new tool fabrication and production tool maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in tool & die design
• Preferably in Plastic Injection tooling experience
• Candidate must be a hands-on and highly independent self – motivated individual
• Proficient in GD&T
